Contract Guarantee
Working with a new management company can be scary. For this reason, we have created a month-to-month management agreement, with no termination fees or penalties, so that we work every day to earn your business.
Management Fee Guarantee
If we can’t collect the rent, then we should not be paid. You will only pay us a management fee if we have successfully collected the rent due.
Leasing Fee Guarantee
You don’t pay a leasing fee until we have a qualified tenant, a signed lease, and money has been collected from the tenant.
Rent Deposit Guarantee
We know you need your money as fast as possible, so we direct deposit your rent into your bank account between the 10th and the 15th of each month.
